Cape Codder Water Park

We went to Edaville Festival of Lights then spent the night at Cape Codder. There is a decent size water park that my grandchildren enjoyed (age 5 &7). The lazy river was closed for construction but we still enjoyed the rest of the Waterpark. There is a wave pool but not rough like some wave pools we've been in.It was clean and well staffed. Nice clean towels ready for us. We liked that although checkout was 11: we could stay at the Waterpark until 1:00. The one one thing I'd recommend is to bring puddle jumpers as they do no provide life preservers. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I did take the extra pillows & blanket out of the closet. One pillow just isn't enough. There is a restraunt attached we enjoyed breakfast at. The food was delicious & our waitress was very good.

We had a great time at the indoor water park. My daughter never wanted to leave so I definitely recommend for kids and families. There was an outdoor pool that is filled with sea water however the water was not heated as were told when we arrived. The rooms were ok. Ive definitely been to nicer hotels. The shower head only had one setting and wasnt high enough for my 6ft husband. The showers in the water park were much better which is sad for a "resort". They were also doing renovations on rooms near mine and I had to call and make a noise complaint. They offered to switch rooms but it was just too much of a hassle. The noise shortly stopped afrer my complaint. There is only one elevator to this huge complex but we were fine taking the stairs. It's a bit of a maze but they give you a map and by day two we figured it out. It was nice having the hearth and kettle restaurant attached to resort which was nice. The people were very friendly but I dont recommend the pancakes. The best part wasthw water park and having a room with a balcony! Its convenient being in the same complex as the water park but I think I would rather get a day pass and stay at another hotel for the night.

Stayed here for 7 days and it was great! 24 hour arcade, water park indoors with wave pool and a salt water pool! 2 hot tubs which we loved! Life guards are amazing! Shout out to Sophia at 5he front desk for being AWESOME! Saved us a long walk back for wrist bands, spoiled our boys and just had the best personality! Loved talking about our Twins! She is amazing!

This was my second time visiting the water park for my daughter's annual birthday trip. I had booked through the resort website (we stayed overnight) and didn't realize half the park was closed for renovation 😰 I was worried the lazy river and 2 slides wouldn't be enough to keep my daughter (10) occupied but it didn't phase her much. She still seemed to have fun floating in the lazy river and going down the 2 large slides. We look forward to coming back when the park is fully functional.

We enjoyed our stay but due to lack of staffing they took shifts in the water park. If the wave pool was open then the lazy river was closed! Then they would alternate and close wave pool, open lazy river. So the whole water park is not open. Also no one is doing the prize area in the arcade during the week at all. Kind of disappointing to see all the prizes but not be able to get them. The place is clean and definitely appreciated that. This is our 3rd year back, you can tell they are under new management as some things are definitely not the same.
